Molly Bobek is a licensed clinical social worker at Partnership to End Addiction, supporting FACTS research on evidence-based adolescent substance use care. Her work focuses on workforce training and family interventions, and she is on faculty at Ackerman Institute and maintains a private practice.

Alex MacLean directs clinical training and research operations for the FACTS team, supporting behavioral health providers in family involvement and recovery. She co-directs the Inclan Clinical Training Academy and holds an MA in clinical psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
