We created a separate instance of the Helpline software, personalized for our partners and their needs, including instances that allow partners to send instant or scheduled messages to their clients, allowing more flexibility in communication.

We are expanding our digital helpline to serve pregnant and postpartum people in New York State who use substances. Starting in January 2025, pregnant and postpartum people will be able to text “BABY” to 55753 to connect directly with a trained helpline specialist to receive support.
