Challenge
How can we make our state-of the art Helpline software and communication tool, https://platform.drugfree.org, available to our partners so that they can provide the same services.
What we did
We created a separate instance of the Helpline software, https://connect.drugfree.org, personalized for our partners and their needs. We have built instances that allow partners to send instant or scheduled messages to their clients, allowing more flexibility in communication with clients. Our team provides technical and content support to onboard partners and ensure that they are delivering value to their clients.
Outcome
Our partner at Hope Movement Coalition currently uses their platform to communicate with their 364 enrollees. The Platform allows them to send messages to their clients, which include reminders for in-person or virtual events.
We worked with our partners at NJ4SFAM to help design a preventative messaging program designed to support parents and caregivers in Essex County New Jersey. So far, there are 67 enrollees in the program.
