Community Partners Network

Community-based organizations are often on the front lines of substance use and mental health challenges, but many operate with limited resources and few opportunities to learn from peers outside their local area. Organizations need reliable information, stronger connections and meaningful opportunities to contribute to solutions that reflect the realities of the communities they serve.

Partnership to End Addiction established the Community Partners Network, a free national network of nonprofit organizations and community leaders committed to addressing substance use and mental health. Members receive early access to expert resources, participate in monthly meetings, and connect with peers across the country. All members commit to collaboration, evidence-based practices and treating families with kindness, compassion and empathy.

Since 2019, the Community Partners Network has grown to include more than 450 organizations, creating a national infrastructure for sharing knowledge, elevating community perspectives and strengthening local impact. Partners gain trusted resources and relationships that enhance their work, while Partnership to End Addiction gains valuable insight into emerging community needs. Together, the network helps effective information, programs and practices reach more families and communities across the country.
